I find the best way to stop anxiety attacks is to get to the route cause of the problem rather than treating the symptoms with addictive medications. Treating the causes of anxiety, from within the mind, is bar far the most long term effective way of erradicating the misery for good, and incidentally is cheaper and healthier long term.
