A few weeks ago we did a review of one of our anxiety reduction manuals called PanicAway. You can read that review here. While we really love the information in that product, reading and following written information is not the best way for everyone to learn so I want to talk about another excellent product that uses a video series to teach people how to manage (and hopefully eliminate) their anxiety and panic attack issues. Easy Calm is a 10 part video series that walks you through step-by-step the process of identifying and dealing with the triggers that cause your panic attacks. The information about identifying your particular triggers is better than many of the other products I’ve tried. While other people focus directly on panic management I do think there is a lot of benefit to knowing exactly what it is that causes the fear and anxiety in the first place.
