  1. Hi, I found it very helpful to utilise friends and family from a very young age to prevent separation anxiety ever being a problem with my children. Even leaving them for 10 to 15 minutes, whilst you are still in the same house but not in sight helped start the process.
    Separation anxiety was then not a problem when going to schiool as they were used to others being with them without me.

    Anxiety disorders happen for anybody but they can be treated. Many people do not kow that they should treat anxiety when it’s at its early stages.
