Talking treatments work best if you can get referred by your doctor. The important thing is realising you have a problem and doing something about it. It's hard work but with willpower overcoming panic attacks is definately possible.

Great article,

Therapy can also help the sufferer to address the fears that cause anxiety and panic attacks. No matter what you may be afraid of, it still is possible to unlearn the behaviors that cause anxiety and even panic attacks. Taking the time to learn coping skills, such as imagery and relaxation, can help you learn how to stop panic attacks permanently.

Anxiety disorders happen for anybody but they can be treated. Many people do not kow that they should treat anxiety when it's at its early stages.

I found this article very useful. Many children suffer from panic and anxiety and don't even realize it.

Hi, I found it very helpful to utilise friends and family from a very young age to prevent separation anxiety ever being a problem with my children. Even leaving them for 10 to 15 minutes, whilst you are still in the same house but not in sight helped start the process.
Separation anxiety was then not a problem when going to schiool as they were used to others being with them without me.
